そもそもブラックリスト入りとは、債務整理や自己破産など、いわゆる「金融事故」によって、お金を借りることができなくなった状態のことです。
もう少し詳しく説明すると、「信用情報に金融事故の記録が登録されている状態」のことを指します。
その記録は5年〜10年抹消されることは無いため、消費者金融系・信販系・銀行系などのローン契約は5年〜10年利用できないということになります。
すなわち、「オートローンを利用して車を分割払いで購入することは不可能」ということになります。
ブラックリスト入りしてしまう理由とは
上述した債務整理や自己破産などの金融事故以外にも、ブラックリスト入りしてしまう場合があります。
例えば、オートローンに限らず何かしらの貸借契約に関して、複数社同時に申し込みをしたり、一括審査をしたりした場合において、購入予定者の経済状況が良くない場合、どの審査にも通らないことがあります。
短期間の内に、複数回申し込みや審査落ちを繰り返すと更に審査に通りづらくなってしまい、このような状態のことを「申し込みブラック」と言います。
最初の数回で審査に通らないと「信用に問題があって審査に落されている」と信用情報機関に判断されてしまうのです。
このような場合は、申し込みの情報が消える6ヶ月以上後に、再度申し込みすると良いでしょう。
また、新成人や転職によって勤続年数が短い人は、保証人を準備しなくていけない時があります。
収入が十分にある人物を保証人とすることで、信販会社はローンが回収不能となるリスクを軽減することができるからです。
保証人を付ける場合、契約する人物と保証人となる人物それぞれが審査を受けることになります。
その際、保証人がブラックリスト入りしているとローン契約を締結できません。
自分がブラックリスト入りしている自覚がある上で、保証人を引き受けることは考えにくいですが、保証人に問題がある場合もオートローンを利用できないことは、しっかりと覚えておきましょう。
自社ローンとは
しかし、ブラックリスト入りしている場合でも車を購入できる方法が無いわけではありません。
その方法とは「自社ローン」を活用することです。
自社ローンというのは、中古車販売店が独自の審査基準を作り、それに沿ってローンを提供する方式のことです。
通常、中古車販売店におけるオートローンは、提携している信販会社が審査を行い、貸付も信販会社が行いますが、自社ローンの場合、中古車販売店が審査をして、貸付も中古車販売店が行うため、柔軟な基準で審査が行われる傾向にあります。
独自性が高い自社ローンであれば、信用情報がブラックの人でも車を所有できる可能性が極めて高くなるのです。
インターネットをリサーチしていてヒットする、「ブラックリスト入りしていても車のローンに通った」という実例は、この自社ローンを利用している場合がほとんどです。
自社ローンを利用する方法
自社ローン申し込みに必要なもの
自社ローンを締結する際に必要なものは、主に以下の通りです。
- 運転免許証
- 収入証明書（源泉徴収票など）
- 印鑑
ただし、販売店によっては上記以外の書類が必要なケースもあるため、あらかじめ確認しておくと良いでしょう。
中古車販売のサイトで自社ローン対応の販売店を確認

自社ローンに落ちたときの代替案
自社ローンの審査にも落ちてしまった場合、それ以外にローンを組む方法はほぼ無いと言って良いでしょう。
そのようなケースで考えられる代替案としては「家族にローンを組んで車を購入してもらい、車を貸してもらう形で乗る」方法が考えられます。
例えば、家族のうちの誰かがが十分な収入を得ていて、信用情報も問題ないということであれば、銀行系や信販系のオートローンを利用してその家族に車を購入してもらい、その車に乗るということを検討してみても良いでしょう。
オートローンで車を購入した場合、家族が乗ることを前提にしていることは一般的ですので、安心して乗ることができます。
もう1つの代替案としては、家族に一括で車を購入できるお金を借りるという方法ですが、そこまでの高額を貸してくれるケースは考えにくいため、あまり現実的ではありません。
まとめ
再三述べてきた通り、ブラックリスト入りしてしまった場合、どの信販会社であろうとオートローンを利用することはほぼ不可能です。
しかしその様な状況下においても、「仕事や生活で車がどうしても必要になってしまった」ということは十分に起こり得ます。
その際は、自社ローンを上手に活用して、車を購入することを検討してみましょう。
自社ローンは、購入予定者が金融事故の経験者であることを前提にサービスを提供している販売店も非常に多いため、現状でブラックリスト入りしていたとしても、車を入手できる可能性は非常に高いです。
